I made this today as a dessert for my family to have after our Sunday roast. It was absolutely delicious 😋. I doubled up on the sauce and also made some homemade custard. Will make again over Christmas when family are visiting. Easy to follow recipe.

If you’re freezing them, is this before baking or after? I have a little honesty cake cupboard (Retford Bake Shed) and I think my customers would love these . Prepping and freezing before baking would be a brilliant option.

Do these need to keep them in the fridge with the sauce on please?
These worked a treat, so moist and soft and so easy – including the toffee sauce 😋
