Hi Jane, i love the look of this recipe but i want to make it with a plain base instead of chocolate, would i just swap the cocoa powder out and replace it with 35g more plain flour instead?

A skewer/stick test won’t work because of the chocolate – the top will look dry, but also it’ll be slightly firmer to touch x

How do you know when it’s done?
Because when I put the stick in, there was chocolate on it but that’s because there are chunks in it?
