So good I’m making a second batch! I left out chocolate because we didn’t have any but used raisins instead. Ight try and make them a little smaller next time because they’re big cookies!

Just wondering is it OK to make the cookies and then freeze them, defrost and reheat? OR

Or assemble, freeze, defrost then cook them?

A wonderful recipe! A friend gave me some and they are one of the tastiest biscuits I have eaten. Easy to make and so scrumptious!

These cookies were very easy to make. They turned out moist and light. The taste was great.And they were also very much like those my grandmother used to make. Perfect treat for a cool fall or winter day.
