I made this last night and it was brilliant! The chocolate ganache especially was so good. One question – the ganache stuck to the knife as I cut pieces so it wasn’t a very clean cut. The tart set in the fridge overnight and was at room temperature for 20-30 mins beforehand. Any ideas for a cleaner cut?

Made this at the weekend for our Halloween party and it went down a storm with adults and kids alike. So simple but delicious. I love how you can tweak these tarts for varying flavours or colours, etc but keep the basic recipe the same.
Only way I differed from the recipe was I felt my base was too thin so I used an additional half pack of Oreo’s but that could just be my personal preference.

I sprayed the tin with low cal spray and when I was ready to release it from the tin I just ran a hot cloth around the edges and base and it came out really smoothly.
