Hi Jane, if I was to do this traybake but with a mint Terry’s chocolate ball, would I replace the orange extract with mint extract in the same quantities? Thanks!

Love this recipe! I’ve made it before and it went perfectly, I’ve made it just now again and cooked it for 60 minutes until the skewer came out completely clean, only opening the oven door once, however it has sunk in the middle to about and inch high? It didn’t do this last time….why would this happen?

Made this and it was absolutely delicious. Everyone loved it! I found there was far too much frosting though, 500g sugar just seemed too much, but I decided to go with it as didn’t want to run out, it ended up with a third of it going in the bin and there was still plenty on the cake. Will scale the frosting down next time
