Thankyou for this recipe. Which I just made fir my breakfast. I reduced the sugar to 1 teaspoonful as I’m prediabwtic so on a reduced sugar diet from my doctor.

I’m interested if this would work with wholewheat flour to have a lower GI .
It paired well with my stewed pear (no sugar added) and natural bio yoghurt.

My husband is just going to try a small piece to see if he likes it. Then we can have it for a dessert if he does. It will be enough to share after a meal.

Great receipe, still too much for just 1 person so I freeze 3/4 of it for later. It is really good when not completely thawed

These are SOOO unbelievably good. My own personal tweak was that I used a cream cheese/mascarpone frosting with lemon zest that I had left over from cinnamon buns, but I’m sure this filling is just as good considering it is almost the same thing. 12 cookies isn’t enough, hahahah you might as well double up the recipe and use that whole pack of cream cheese for these!!!

This sounds like a perfect strawberry sauce. I was wondering if there is a substitute for the rose water. Is it an essential ingredient?

I read the recipe over TWICE beforehand and it still came out BURNT on one side. I knew it was 10-12 minutes total, as so to flip after 5-6 minutes. I got to 3 minutes on one side, checked it, and it was BURNT. Again, this is way too long of a cook time!

I have a question!!!
I would LOVE to make these in our camper van, but alas, we do not have a microwave. IF I was going to put these in oven-safe mugs/dishes and put them in an oven… could you suggest a temp/cook time perhaps?

This is our go-to late night snack! Tastes so amazing with just nutella and a banana! Recently tried it with sugar and lemon, also light and lovely. In the beginning I was intimidated to try to flip them, but after making this many times I am getting more confident.

I haven’t had tuna noodle casserole in a lot of years! My Mom used to make it for us all the time. She used to put slices of cheese on top! Can’t wait to try your version!
