I haven’t had tuna noodle casserole in a lot of years! My Mom used to make it for us all the time. She used to put slices of cheese on top! Can’t wait to try your version!

I need to pay more attention to my sauces! The risotto with the broth sounds like a great idea. These little casseroles definitely look restaurant worthy!
