I only use espresso coffee as I don’t have instant coffee in my house. I think it tastes so much nicer.

Yes after you have chilled the cake in the fridge for a while. Decorate after defrosting.

Hi honey – perfect recipe so far the cheesecake is setting in the fridge!

Can I ask why you have to wait the minimum 5 hours before piping cream peaks onto the top?
